I'm not sure about games like this, but a lot of RP sites I've been on had chat boxes on the site. I think that would be pretty neat! Being able to talk real time through typing with people would be great. From being able to get to know people more when they are online, as well as being able to discuss at a quicker pace what ideas everyone has. Heck, I know I'd love to run into some of the developers at times and be able to exchange ideas without having to wait on the forum.

Real time talk and discussion would be a bigger drive to be on the site longer; this means more ad money. :D
