So, I have 2 slots currently open for sponsors and I meet the requirements for a few sponsors but they aren't available to enter into a contract with? I'd rather not just have to settle for something lower when I seemingly meet the requirements for higher/better paid sponsors, when does the system update to show the new elo of my team to sponsors? is it once a day kinda thing?

Your elo is updated immediately after the rankeds, so that is not the case. Your reputation and star elo seem to be good as well.
Is there a chance you already have a contract with those sponsors?
ermm, not sure if I missed anything out or if Im missing somthing about how sponsors are supposed to work?

yep, you already have hp and volkswagen as a sponser, need to wait untill that contract runs out before you can take the better offer and for canon you are 16 team elo short.
