Well we are having the same problem that happened before and we are running out of coaches again, so I first of all I think we should limit the coaches to 5 per team, having more is just nonsense, imagine a real life team having 7-8 coaches for 5 players, they would just get crazy from so many orders. Then the other thing would be that the game just adds 10 coaches everyday until there are like 50 or 100 in the market, then stops. This way everyone could get theirs without having to get to the prices you have to pay now.

This has been an issue for quite some time and now it's up again which is kinda annoying. I just don't want to spend like 3-4k on a coach..

I honestly hate the bidding system for coaches. I bid on 4 coaches per day, every day, and I still don't have a single coach on my team.
Coaches should be found via the Scout. This would allow every team the same opportunity to hire coaches and would also give a reason to invest in the scout again.

I also think we shouldnt limit the amount of coaches but maybe there should be a warning in some cases bacause i cant imagine any of the top players paying more than 2000 for a single coach and if you are about to bid 4000 on a coach which will become his daily payment some teams get ruined and dont even know rly why. I got 6 coaches atm providing a lot for my team overpaying none but as i tried to get some more i got overbidden on all 5 tries with 2000-10000 bids. Another problem is the coaches leaving the teams after their contracts end are way too expensive. I mean whos going to pay 28k or more for a single coach per day. Thats basically 70-80% of my daily income.

i get the feeling that some lower ranked players are buying those with those outrageous prices because they don't realize that a team will require multiple coaches to be succesful

I believe the economy is not a real problem once u get some cheap Players for streaming. Since the Academy is pretty much useless atm the only thing u need money for are coaches and facilities. Offering 3000 or more for a coach shouldnt be a problem imo

3-4k per coaches is still a lot. having to pay 30-40k a day for coaches is still rather ridiculous. And i've got most of my coaches snatched with over 5-6k

Yesterday I got 2 coaches for 6000 and 1 for 3000. I think it is too much but I don't have a lot of things to spend my money on and I was not sure if there would be new coaches today. Furthermore, I had a coach leaving yesterday so I was in dire need of a new coach and didn't really have the choice with the actual bidding system.
I hope the coach bidding system will get updated with incremental bidding (like players) + new coaches everyday.

i honestly think the Hiring sstem for coaches is in need of a complete overhaul, something to the extent of the following would probably fit my personal taste better:
Option 1. Current system limit at 5-7 or whatever in that area amount of coaches per team.
Option 2. an antirely new hiring system for coaches where instead of being put up to bid which btw its my understanding would NEVER happen irl. simply give each player a hiring round per day and bse the coachs salary on his randomly generated stats. say a person gets her/his pick of 7 coaches a day 1 could be really expensive with awesome stats 2-3 could be average (something like 6-7-7-5-7-2-9-2) and then cost a requisite amont and then lowering the bar slowly. currently we are in a situation where mid-lower lvl teams have NO CHANCE of ever getting coaches unless theypay ubscene amounts of ther income to get them.
with option 2 you would gain more of the real life feel that you want that you are slowly progressing to hiring better and better coaches as time goes by, also when your coach contract ends it should be extendable.

I think the problem mid-tier teams get no coaches is not existing. Imo most top teams dont bid absurde amounts of money as salary, so they can contest the amounts till around 1.5k which is somewhat my limit. I think the porblem is they dont got coaches so early as some others and think they need to rush getting some. This leads them after 2-3 days of getting overbidden by absurde amounts + being unlucky to having maybe one coach and also starting to bid high amounts to get some.

I was doing really great at this game but now that it's 100% reliant on getting a good coaching staff lineup i'm just going to plummet this season. By having zero coaches still at this point i'm already a long way behind.

If you're struggling to get coaches, try bidding on the less appealing coaches. I ended up getting 3 yesterday for 1050 each. https://i.gyazo.com/1bf67432f3f45ceb00fd7000e8f18667.png Their statlines are pretty bad but they all have at least one stat they can excel in training. I have one guy for 400 thats 6 and 7s. So look for the low offer coaches, look for stats at 6-8, that's usually going to be coaches you can contest in bids. Agreed though, the blind bid system is a little frustrating.

I would agree to the point of frustration. The problem is just: What other options do you have: 1. Give them a price you can bid on like on the player market. -> Gives the good teams with money and infrastructure a clear advantage on any good coach. 2. Keep the salary bidding but you can see what the others pay. -> Again advantage for the teams with good finance.
I guess the only real chance is to set a coach limit (but not as low as mentioned before maybe 10-12 so you can have a lot of coaches and can use your higher income to have yourself 1-2 more coaches as others who need to upgrade their eco first) and flood the market with coaches. I mean not everyone should be able to get his 10 coaches for 500 per day, but with some more coaches it might be possible for the lower teams to get all the 8-9 coaches and maybe bid some more for 10s and the top teams contesting some of the 9-10 coaches while being able on their own to get some of them at the end of the day.

1. Hire coaches like players with deadlines. 2. Hire coach like in csm. You have 4 coaches for 15 minutes. If you like one you hire him, if you don't then you have to wait for new coaches.
