I feel like there should be a way to private contact a team for whatever reason. I kind of feel isolated from my fellow league teams and i would enjoy having small talk with them without having to go trough the community, which is a much more public forum.

I completely agree. This was already strange to me when I first logged in. No friends list and no personal messaging

It will take a bit time to develop this. But we have this already in our list as this has been requested many times :)
