I am curious to find out how everyone else is getting better players. My players are very steadily getting better at a good pace. I currently have 7 players and 7 coaches. Balancing out the training pretty well. Most of the are around 16-20 in their respective roles now. How are you guys improving your team? Players form the market?Academy?Are you using the training in the academy? I would like to know how everyone is doing.

The current best, most cost effective and quickest way is the method you are using, by coaches.
The reason why top teams are ahead of you in stats is likley because they started earlier, the top players are at the top because of decisions they made weeks ago.

I too got coaches weeks ago, Just I didn't get as many because the drop in the amount in the market. I had around 4-5. I got to 7 few days back or so
