Why not put some potential on academy players ? For exemple the notes of potential will be between 1-10 and if your player have a lot of potential then he will ''learn'' faster. Sorry for my english...

I have been researching academy player development for almost a week now, I have come to some very intresting conclutions.
I am certian of at the moment, academy players gain an even number of stats in every rank per day (there is a slight variance per day of 0.02-0.04 in total stats) and the amount is souley dependent on the investment.
The 2nd thing is the cost effectiveness of training goes significantly down the more you invest into training. For example, if you invest $10'000 per day, it is only 31% as cost effective as investing just $100, however the gains per day are higher. To reach 100 stats from 0 when investing just $100 a day, it would take 4 and a half years and $165'000, whilst investing $10'000 would take 16 months and $5 million.

It's pretty much like training sessions right? Except each additional session doubles the total cost and each session is a little less than half as effective as actual training?

I don't know atm Jaegybomb, I am planning to do a few tests to see what the outcome is. More data is needed at the moment. I have posted a thread looking for data in the general discussion. I am actually expecting energy levels having an impact on training but I can't tell without a lot of data.
