It would be nice to be able to select the focus of the training for players. For example, I would like my mid player to focus on mid ;)
An other thing that I was wondering about is the "technical" aspect of players. Is it possible to train it (or will it be possible in the future)? My scouts don't ever seem to find any one with a bit off skill in this aspect, is this intentional?

These things are like that currently due to development of the game being concentrated somewhere else.
At some point training and skills will be rethinked and done.

Thanks for your comment, could you elaborate about the Technical skill? Is it intentional that almost all players have 0 (and a few a high number)?
