Gaming house

When i want to buy lvl1 Gaming house, this is what pops up:

Your budget has to be at least $20,000 to upgrade

Why? It only cost 10k and 1k maintenance

Yeah this doesn't make sense at all. I think it is to prevent people going into debt too much but I think this 20k limit is a bit overboard.

same for coaches, you need to have 10x the amount of salary in total money you offer them

which is actually good for the coaches so that you dont have 5000k+ salary for each one.
