Notifications

Not sure if this is a bug or me being dumb, but my notifications lists 6 new notifications that I can't clear. Any new "new notifications" can be cleared, but those six stay.

Pagination is added to notifications so you can now go back in pages and clear the read notifications, however clear all button should be implemented as well. Adding it to do UX todo list.
