Is ranked supposed to put you against the same team?

I had a couple of ranked team games today that were both against the same team and i'm wondering if that was just dumb luck or maybe a bug?

The algorithm seems to be off a little bit.
When you play more than five rankes it's quite common to play at least the same team twice. Even in "lower" elo.

The problem is even worse in high elo, but that's a different case.

There seems to be some balancing off a bit, we will look into this, thanks!

Can't do a lot about it right now. The problem will start occuring less often when there are more players in the game although in high ELO this will keep happening still. I could randomise it a bit more though, but I don't see it being enough of a problem right now.
