I know I dropped a lot recently, but with 1300 elo I am still in the top 100.
Yet my reputation has gone to shit, dropping by 43 points just due to the latest loss.
On average I lost 300-400 rep per day since the Simulator update
I am now in the negatives and can't apply for sponsors anymore.

That has to be a bug or something similiar, it is really strange that you are losing that much rep.. I've got no explanation for that despite saying good luck to you that this gets fixed

You need to get a Staff Member under PR with a decent Drama stat, which is sort of like Damage Control on keeping your reputation up when your team is performing below average.

There was a bug where instead of rep manager being useful he was doing you worse when you were losing. I fixed it and also now reputation can't go under 0. I reset your reputation to 300 as well. Thanks for the report and my apologies for the inconvinience!
