Let us create an academy to develop players, maybe an academy league also? and to come along with this would be great if you include players "age" and make it increase monthly.
In example: From 15-17 higher development ratio but unable to join main team. From 18-20 medium development ratio. From 21 to 23 no development ratio. At 24-25 retirement with a possibility to add as a staff member.
Of course each individual player would have different learning cruves. in example Faker would improve even when he is 22 or so. -Dertheia

Henri is solving a problem first where some teams have financial issues and cant get out from them anymore. After that youth academy is next in list :)

As someone who is older than 25... can we not make 25 retirement age so I can keep my dream alive.

I'm 25, I suggested that age just because now I'm more interested on teaching people rather than develop my game mechanics haha but of course I guess that should be voted down on a poll if it ever gets to be implemented.
