It's a lot harder to get steady income than it is to make expenses I think you guys should balance that a little

Most people should be fine even without the welfare. Maybe your wages are just a little bit too high.
Maybe I am just wrong with this.

Unless you choose to pay more than 5k for a coach every day, 3 or even 2 sponsors should be enough to pay for correct players (with wage below 1k)

In the beginning of this test season ppl were offering way to much for coaches. Perhaps you are paying to much for coaches because of the previous market situation? I recommend selling current coaches and getting new ones for cheaper as we now have new rule that doesn't allow you to offer more then 10 times the money you have. So if you have $40 000 you can offer $4000.

I fired my staff and now I'm 71480 in debt, kind of stupid Lol, and yea I over payed the staff but I thought it was a monthly wage and not daily, also buying a normal coach is just too expensive..

I don't agree that normal coaches are to expensive. You can get a great coaching team at the current costs.
