I had my team ranked games set to 10 and I hired 5 new players from the academy. After hiring them when I went to the player tab it said I had still had 10 ranked games set but the max was 5 now and all my new players had 0 soloq games assigned and -5 available. I changed my team ranked games to 5 and then all my new players had 5 soloq games assigned with 0 available like it should be and everything seemed to be fixed. Seems like just initially new players try to set their soloq games to 5 and don't like it if they aren't able to.
