Hey! My scout found a useless player with maximum stats of 3 although i invested 150 out of 200. One thing is that, but the only option for the player is to hire him, which i obviously dont want. Why isnt there any other option?

Scout finds only players that have been kicked from team

Don't rely on the scouting for now it's more a late game thing

Scout was like your starting players lowered Attribute wise So it is not really worth atm, better invest on the markt/academy/hiring coaches
