I revamped whole strategy and still end up with blitz adc. It takes one day or buggy?

i think it's likely you did not assign enough champions to your adc role, make sure to assign all viable ones, so that even if the enemy banns mostly adc's, and first picks one. You still have plenty of options to fall back on.
if that's not the issue, then the only other thing i can think of is that you are reffering to your adc in soloq getting support.

Also, if you dont want blitz adc, and think he'd be better support ( obviously ) change the champions role under pick order
