While I've been checking other top teams I noticed that my players have very good salaries(which basically isn't good for me :[ ). Is it just becouse they are good or big-headed? Well, I think my team is doing good by far, but do I have to pay so much for being on the top, while other managers have cheaper players?

It's either because SoloQ games have rarely been played since the reset - so their salary stays low - or just the fact that they haven't used the academy yet, which is also why you're stronger.
