My team wont take they preffered champions??? any help?

"preferred champions" only work for soloq games. at this point there shouldn't have been any soloq games though.
You are probably talking about sandbox games ( + team ranked, league games later on). For these games your team will stick to your strategy plan. You can adjust it at "strategy".

^^As answered above, any games where your team plays together (team ranked, sandbox and league) will use the champ priority list you've set on the strategy page.
If you mean for soloQ games, however, make sure you've got 'Custom Prioritise Order' checked on the player's info page, otherwise they'll just choose at random.
