Does the game still have patches? And where can i find them?

I heard that I know the devs abandoned the game but I heard somewhere (not sure) that the game still auto-updates and releases patches to balance out champs and the meta.

I wanna know if there's a list of this patches (and if it updates weekly/monthly) or if we just have to manually be on the lookout for them.

You can find the patches on Strategy-Statistics. There you have the buffs/nerfs and the winrate of every champion :D
