I've found this loophole(i guess) to hire player with higher elo than your own players will make them star players then you can have better sponsorship.. And sadly all players from the scout are too old and i will lose income and player slots using this method in the long run.
Questions: 1. Is it better to let system pick the champ for player or assign the champs myself? 2. How to avoid player losing streak?

1. Archangel would probably be the best champ to assign in this scenario because she can play every role (and is also very op this patch) if you get autolocked. However, the higher their mastery is, the better they'll play. Also remember that you can assign up to 3 champions for them to play though I'm not sure if they automatically pick the best champ for the lane they're assigned to. 2. Players play at their best when their energy is between the 75-90% ratio and has by far the highest impact on their play, this includes both SoloQ and competitive. Other than that, its mostly up to luck tbh.
