Hi I am new around here so maybe this a common knowledge but there are a few games where my team is dominating the enemy team like 30+ kills vs ~10 but we still lost in the end cuz my players keeps trying to kill their champs and ignore the minions who just push to my base and win.
Am i doing something wrong, is there a way around it?

There are different factors why this happens. You're running too much utility (AOE healing) and so is your opponent -which results in a looong teamfight, which eventually you're gonna lose cause idk code bug.
Try updating your strategy to use less utility on more than 3 champs.
