is this normal?

got my friend in a ranked game and like after 35min, i spent 10 minutes at his nexus just killing over and over again and never ending, and then his minions won the game

it was unfortunate cuz of the minions but 10 mins literally inside is nexus and i dont win for real? xd

damn, there are the memories again, this was like a very big issue a few months/weeks ago, i remember losing a game with 98 kills to 2 kills. was a fun time xD
