I hired a lvl 10 adc coach and my adc hasn't gotten up in skill ever since what's up with that?
It can take couple of days, depending how much time you spend on the players training him.
I gave the player the maximum number of training :/
You will get it, just wait a few days. You don't become a champion over night, you have to work real hard for it. Just like in real life :)
