I completed all my achievements and went to get a new sponsor because I had unlocked the new slot last, and now I can't collect my $9,000 I earned. (I had $18,000, bought the slot for $10,000, and now I have $8,000 without the $9,000 bonus)

No, and it is no longer in my Hud (I think is what it's called) it's just gone

In the top left, theres a down arrow next to your manager name, click then then click achievement, maybe it'll be claimable there.
