Missclick with subj, sorry ) I cant edit subj. Report history. When I had 1 coach(10 sessions), the skill increased by ~ 0.4 per day. When I put 3 coaches(and 30 sessions) on this player, then the skill began increase to 0.09 per day. Why is that?

You may be overworking the player. If their energy isn't in the optimal position the effects of training will suffer.

You get the full training effect till eight sessions. Every additional becomes slightly less effective. When you reach too many sessions, your overall trainingeffect will decrease.
