The tooltip on top says players are at full potentiel between 75 and 90%.
I was wondering if that would means that keeping them at 100% was actually bad, and that I should look to play with that metric ?

100% is as bad as 60%. Making them perform worse in any instance.

Hum, interesting, I've been working with 100% for a while now, might explain why I struggle so much.
Does this affect training effectiveness, or it's only for games ?

It effects training effectiveness, ingame performance and streaming revenue.
Energy should also be considered a resource, since energy spent can earn you money or increase the players skill. Not using all off it is potential revenue you are losing out on. It isn't always effective however to get your whole team in the optimal energy zone.

"It isn't always effective however to get your whole team in the optimal energy zone."
Why so ?

I personally feel like I get better results when all my starters are within the 75-90 zone, but I'm no data analyst so I'm not really 100% on that.

@Amuny At the current optimal facilities, with games nd training you can't get all 10 players between 75-90 energy at the same time unless you play team ranked games with your weaker team. Since these games you are likley to lose, you end up losing money.
