Well i have a question about the coaches. Is there any "special" trait (by trait i mean: Teamplay, Tecnical etc) in them that makes the players do better in their roles?
For example: I want to hire an ADC coach, i should aim for what? ADC + Teamfight + Positioning? And for other roles? Can you guys tell? :)
Other question i have is: What is the max: Value of traits? Is it max on lvl 10?

This is kinda up to you and your focus. You obviously need only one lane skill in the first place. Technical is important for last hitting mostly, so carry roles. Teamfight, positional and mechanical affect the teamfight performance, while laning and aggression are mostly for the lane. Personality is for money only. You only need one player with a high leadership role. For further details, you can check your replays / game tab.
This can change from time to time though, till he developer decides to change his mind. Max value is 10.
