How training Young player?

I have a 14 years old player, and I dont know how optimize his training.

I've think, give him the maximum training sesions, 10? 12? 20?... How many sesions are the optimal?

For a good improve, he should play with the team? or only with SoloQ + Stream + Training sesions its fine?

Any advice for a optimal training?

Optimal training sessions is usually seen to be 12.

Make sure to manage energy well. Stats gained from training are also affected by the player's energy level, so make sure to keep it between 75 and 90%
