Player investment in the training will most definitely increase how much their stats increase per day. For example, going from $30K a day to $100K a day will yield you an extra 0.2 per day increase in the main stat

about this, on the academy, we can only improve 1 main stat, so if we have 2 players there, they both will train that for example, i can't improve 1 as support and another as top at the same time?

No , sadly you cant.

but that would be nice to change, cause if it is like that, there's nothing good on training more than 1 young player, better to invest more in 1, than lass in several since they will work on the same skill

You can sell the other players if you train more than 1 to make a profit. Although it wont always make a profit
