also why isnt team welfare bonus included in the team finance section?

I would assume that you will lose your strats. Better take a photo then!

I think they said in the notification that it would the same as starting over. You'll get 5 new players, 1 sponsor slot and some money (30k ?). Just like when you created your account.

You will have to create a new team, so yeah all the strategies will be lost. I recommend taking a picture :)
