My reputation has been decreasing steadily and I don't know how to fix it!

Player reputation is trained with a PR-Manager
Team Reputation is based on your teamranked results. It also decays a little every day.
A PR manager helps you to increase your teamreputation

^^ PR manager does NOT increase your team ranked ELO! But yes it does affect your player and team reputations
