Hi :) I chose to invest in two players from the youth academy. This worked out fine, as I got two players the next day. However, I recently got a message saying one of my players was removed due to the lack of spots. I don't know what could've caused this.

You've probably set your amount of players to 1. It needs to be the total number of players you want in your youth academy, not the amount of youth players you want to get extra. If you have 2 players and want to upgrade to 3 you need to set it to three not back to 1. Hope this makes it clear.
