Yo, my players are doing well in terms of stats most games, but why are they losing most of the time, like, my players average and star player's elo is going down hill, their energy is fair, so what's up. What's the cheat codes.

From my experience, if I want my player's ELO to go up, I set their champion picks to whatever seems to be the strongest at the time. If you haven't already, try setting up their picks for solo queue

It's pretty random, if you haven't set priority just put whatever you play in strategy, elo doesn't rly matter apart from 1 player (the highest) for sponsors.
