Hype increases the amount of Teamp Rep you get when winning, Team Reputation helps you lose less team rep each daily update

Your team reputation decays everyday. Just as Julle mentioned, the team reputation stat helps to reduce this decay.
player reputation is just for the reputation on your player, so they earn more with streaming damage control makes you lose less reputation when losing a teamranked game.
