I had climb fairly rapidly but I have been hovering around the 2000 elo for s few weeks now. I have tried a lot of different strats but nothing seems to be helping. Anyone have some advice? Thanks in advance.

Personally I've had the same problem, I've just taken the time to create steady funds to invest in academy players; Seems to me like it's majority on the players stats at this point.

Try to find people at your level and see what you need to beat them.
Also I recommend it's time to start developing economy + players.
Maybe people just have higher stats than you and you need players to compete with them.
I recommend joining up with a club so you can get strategy advice and such.
