The Southern Isles, realm of the Barbarian King and of a thousand tribes, is home to a variety of mystical and magical beast. None are quiet as intelligent, and as feared, as the Yeti however. Faster than a horse, stronger than a gorilla, smarter than a man. These beasts are a force to truly be reckoned with. Capable of taking down a man in seconds, they have carved out their own dominion in the Isles. A dominion that even the Barbarian King respects, for now.

The fatal flaw of the Yetis is their lack of a connection to the magics of the land. While a Human and other worldly beings may tap into the elements and harness their power, the Yetis have no such ability. Or so the Humans thought. In recent years rumor has been whispered in the halls of the Capital and all across the continent. A child has been born in the Yetis, capable of harnessing the untapped powers of the frozen south and turning it against his enemies. They only know him as the Yeti Rider, for he rides on top of the strongest member of his family.

His tribe has rallied behind him and together they have subjugated their entire dominion. They are now aiming their intentions north. If these beasts have truly harnessed magic, may the elements help us all.
