Vision is really bad yes , since junglers don't currently gank it doesn't do anything so there is no point of putting any points into vision .

I read in another thread here somewhere that utility is basically healing.

Okay. This is a follow up question. One of the posts says that utility doesn't heal in lane. Does this mean that it's only applied during clashes or beyond laning phase?

Thanks Insec. Been actually sniping some of the top teams and seeing it work so well for them. Unfortunately my players aren't really that great now but at least I got a working strategy with it.
I just wanted to know how utility works. Besides laning, what other things doesn't it cover?
