So... can you have more then one for each role? Or is it strictly only two? I'd love to have more points for training.

You can get more coaches by upgrading your gaming house. Each level of your gaming house adds an extra player (odd levels) or an extra staff members (even levels). Once your gaming house is level 2, you can get another coach. Although if you are at level 1 and have 2 coaches, I recommend getting a PR Manager first.
