How many training sessions should my players go thru a day?

Like Tayzeur said you will get the best results with 8~12 , but if you are starting your career recently , might be a good idea to split some of your training sessions between your players , this way you will avoid the stats decay of your players

thats why i said 8-12 and not more on a single player. you can have 4/5 staff members quickly in the game.
