Training Players

What are the basics to training a player? I just got a player from the acadamey and he's not improving at all, even though I have two coaches. I am completely clueless right now.

You have to set training sessions manually for each player: https://www.mobamanager.gg/players/training . Also make sure your energy levels are between 75% - 90%.
