Hi i was wondering if i can choose different roles for my players who are subs e.g Jungle sub so that i can try to develop different playstyles for all my players

I don't understand what you're trying to recommend. Substitutes can be trained in any way you like as long as you have space and coaches already. Only thing stopping you is logistics.
