Hi, i see a lot of support jungle, and a lot of midlaner at support, is there any way to counter it ? or you have to do the same ? And how do you builds your jungler & support then, cause if you build utility on both jgl & support you'll lose dmg. So maybe build your support as a midlaner ?
( sorry for my english, i'm french so my english isn't that much good ^^' )

Sorry i responded him in french coz my english is bad!

FR :
EN : Ok thx for the tips
How many % of dmg do you set to your support and how many % of utility do you set on jungle ?

I'll try translate:
First, starting in game, the junglers gank very rarely. This is where someone had the idea (?) of using supports with utility in the jungle. This worked, and next you have a jungler that is useful but could make you miss out on damage or tankiness. It is because of that that people started to take AP on supports (in botlane), as a way of replacing the lost damage. **I'm not entirely sure of this next part concerning Ice Bird, but I think they just talk about how people started using Ice Bird as support or something** (moving on:) Personally, I always use 2 supports except I put lots of damage on support, and it works, and I've never tried putting an AP in mid. For the counters, you can always the classic strategy in jungle. It is necessary to adapt, but at least is works until 2200-2300 elo, after which it is true it is very rare to see a jungler that doesn't have utility. For training, a support should be trained as support, however you must make them play AP in soloQ if you want them to learn to play a champion, because yes it is true you gain mechanics. If a player plays the same champion better, he will do better, else he risks losing elo, seeing that he that which is not important to his position. If you have any other questions, you can send me a message!
This was an extremely rough translation, and I generally found it pretty hard to understand because my French isn't great. The general gist that I got was that playing support in jungle with utility generally works, but sacrifices tankiness and damage, which you must make up for in other roles. In higher elos, most junglers take high utility.
Hope this helps.

Best response I can give.
The current meta is kill heavy lanes with lots of burst champions that die quickly (This doesn't suit utility), this is true for the laning phase which is 15 minutes. Utility doesn't work in lanes as they die to quick, however in a team fight it is very useful as it provides an AOE heal over time which is very good for your team, especially when pushing. By running an AP support you have extra kill pressure in bottom lane which has the highest gold income and the biggest chance to snowball your team ahead.
Now, I discovered that junglers farm at the same speed, regardless of champion pick or build. They also don't gank because the players spend very little time in lane, they don't get any opportunities. Any player running utillity will also heal themselves, which means junglers can farm and stay at full HP the whole time. It is essentially a free pass to run utillity because they are not punished in lane or by being less effective at ganking, while also making it to the team fight phase with a good aoe heal for the whole team.
