How many times should you have your player solo q/stream? Its not good to waste all their energy i recon?

Optimal energy is around 75%-90%. It is up to you to figure out whether you need more soloq or cash from streaming.

Seems like it takes forever if you fall below the threshold for them to regen the energy too.

@DeathDrag Just cut their activities and they will regen more , upgrading your facilities will also help them to get their energy back faster

Yea I upgraded all my stuff to lvl 7 and dropped them down to just doing 5 training sesions and 1 solo q ranked tell i get them back up. I will have to try and find a balance next.
