I am not an expert in this game but from what I could see, the enemy team never prioritized Baron as an objective through out the game, giving them the window to push the lanes when you were going for Baron. At 51:20, you were doing Baron and they pushed down mid lane and then your team got the baron, but then your team split up, allowing the opposing team to pick off 2 members of your team. The game simulator is not perfect and the logic of game is still in development. The developers say that they are going to improve the AI's decision making, so let's hope for that. Hope that helps.
