Minor changes and bug fixes:
* Removed promo code from signup (It was confusing for new users, you can still insert promo code in your account settings)
* Added discord links to landing page and footer
* Now sending discord notification to new users
* Fixed notifications link bug
* Fixed team icon placeholders bug
* Fixed manager's page achievements wrong align
* Fixed active page indicator in settings
* Fixed duplicate friend requests
* Fixed friend request sending to your friends
* Fixed message sending to invalid user
