The devs are based in Estonia and may not be able to help you atm.
Try making sure you have available slots, maybe try upgrading your slots again and such.

It's written i can but i gives me an error when i click on buy spots, same error that when i tyr to apply for sponsor...

Okay i tried to use internet explorer instead of google chrome and the sponsors tab worked and the buttons also, so i can deal with this weird bug, so if someone one day has this bug...

And as my final message here, the problem comes from adblock, if you disable it, sponsors work properly

Glad you got it fixed. This would be a genius way for us to make everyone disable their adblocks lol. Try ublock origin btw, i have had no issues yet.

Well i have Adguard AdBlocker, maybe it only affects this adblocker

This does seem to be a weird error related to somehow blocking some of our JavaSript, but yeah you could experiment with different type of ad blockers and see if it persists with other blockers as well. I'd imagine perhaps it doesn't like the word 'Sponsor' as in sponsored content, but this could be a bit farfetched :p
