At what energy levels do they become less effeciant? Is it linear to the % of energy level, or does it change at different points?
When you click on the "players" tab, there is a description on the top. Therefore your players perform the best, when they are between 75-90% energy.
100% energy is as bad as 60%.
Those are the official information. The rest is up to you :)
