I have Gaming house level 3, and I am only allowed 2 coaches, is this right?

Each time you upgrade gaming house you gain a new coach slot or a new player slot. You gain one alternatively. So if the previous upgrade you got a coach slot then the next upgrade you will be granted a player slot, and vice versa.
Oh ok. good to know. Thanks. And what is the point for more player slots? a team can only have 5 players. Is it to stream and get income?

Early on you want more streamers for sure. They are pretty cost efficient.
Later on you might need more slots, since players will retire at some point and you need new ones till then.

You can have other players training or streaming.

Indeed, and being able to buy players from the market without selling a main player of the team. It helps when you want to replace your main player with a better player from the market ! And for streaming too, this is a secured income ! And for training !
