Losing team reputation, but winning a majority of games and have a level 10 damage control and team reputation manager

I don't believe team rep is bugged, it's simply confusing to a lot of players.
Your team gains per day based on your team rep + your wins and loses a percentage of your maximum rep per day plus your losses. With high enough damage control, losses can increase your reputation.
If you are struggling to increase your rep, I sudgest you play as many games per day as possible.

I play 4 games of ranked a day, I lose about 160 rep every day and gain 150. I have level 10 damage control and level 10 rep manager, I'm training players, I'm not in negative money, all my player play at-least 3 games of solo Q, their living conditions are exuberant. There is no reason why i should be losing rep. While my smurf account is gaining rep every day with only level 9 rep manager and level 6 damage control. with the same number of games. I think its a bug.
