training questions

1) is there a hardcap for training i.e. can't level past 30 or something?
2) how much value does "techical" -stat have? Would I be better off training say my midlaner with a coach that has 10 tech and 9 mid or the other way around?
3) should you play osrs between queues in f2p worlds what would you be training?

1) There isn't a hardcap, but there are diminishing returns as your skill level gets higher and there is higher decay as you age. I believe you can't get above 100 in a stat but don't quote me on that.
2) Technical is "farming" and "laning ability", I place priority on lane stat, so I would take the latter, but both are good.
3) Ne parle anglais.
